Summary:
Our client, a major oil and gas company requires the services of a Rotary Engineer. All applicants will be considered but the subscribers to The Asian Report will be given top priority and only then will we go to our database to fill the positions. Only the short listed candidates will be notified.
Description:
Knowledgeable principles and practices of related disciplines.
Knowledgeable of related construction practices and the economics involved.
South East Asia experience preferred but will consider other with overseas experience.
Skilled in coordinating efforts with other crafts functions.
Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office XP.
Requirements:
The candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge and experience of maintenance management systems in data collection, development of maintenance plans, and maintenance procedures.
Have a clear understanding of computerized maintenance management systems, preference to SAP/R3 but it is not mandatory.
Experience in handling process compressors / pumps, blowers, diesel engines, steam turbines, gas turbines, etc.
The candidates shall be well conversant with International Codes: ASME, API, BS as well as IS Codes.
Vendor Drawing Review and Co-ordination with other Engineering Departments.
Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.
